This is a special totorials for all the lovely ladies on Kit&Clowder group on Facebook.
Ok girls,here is my tut!
You will need a plastic ball like this one:
Since you can split it to two parts there is no magic needed to put your image in ;)
You will need suitable image, some artificial snow and embelishments.
Hot glue gun!
I make this step in Word document.
Once you have the proper size ,copy your image and flip it horizontaly:
Colour both images and cut them on the lines:
( I would not colour mine here as this is not the focus of the tut,for colouring check Alyce's classes ) ;)
The point is ,when you cut out the images , you must leave some excess paper under the legs of your image, you wil need it to attach the image to the ball later.
Put enough glue on one of the images, but leave the excess paper without glue.
Than glue both images together like this:
Put some hot glue with your hotglue gun on the paper and atach to the one half of your ball:
( i prefer hot glue because it dries quick and you don't need to hold it )
Add your snow and put your ball together.
Shake a little and the snow will come on both sides.
Attach string:
And embelish as you like!
Here is one I made last christmas for a table:
Some with only flowers inside:
And a decorated heart as well:
Hope I was helpful!
Hugs.
